- Refund of the deposit is possible until 72 hours before the date & time of the shoot.
- In case of a refund due to a cancellation, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- The return time of the files is a minimum of 10-14 business days depending on the amount of files to be returned.

- Raw photos (unretouched jpegs) aren't included in the price. Possibility to purchase them if desired.
- If you fail to respect the agreement made ahead of the shoot, your files will not be delivered until it is sorted.
